A: TASCO is able to remotely monitor your thermostat for a variety of key indicators that something could be malfunctioning, depending on the model of thermostat, your data connection, and HVAC system. If we find something wrong, we contact you to discuss the issue. Hopefully, repairing a minor issue before it develops into a costly replacement issue.
Q: My existing agreement ends soon, can I renew early when my seasonal check is scheduled?
A: Yes. Either call in to our office to renew by credit card or ask the HVAC technician to renew you during the scheduled maintenance.
Q: I have a repair needed now and want to go with TASCO Air Conditioning, can I sign up for a plan now to receive the 15% off?
A: Yes. Call in to sign up or have your payment ready when the technician arrives for your scheduled diagnostic. From that point on you’re covered by TASCO Air Conditioning plan terms with all the benefits.

A. A service plan is an agreement between the homeowner and TASCO Air Conditioning. You are guaranteed to receive routine service to ensure peak performance and comfort, in addition to our techs identifying most issues before they require emergency service.
